Though this is first book of the planned second boxset, I consider this the end of the first story arc. The adventure started in book one has only now been completed.Sadly, Tabitha has been the most disappointing part of this book. Towards the end, I think there was some hint of character development but I'm skeptical. Her sweet, innocent naive girl act has turned out to be a cover for a selfish narcissist. Okay, that's harsh...but I've grown to dislike her. My notes are riddled with the words "ugh, you dimwit!".In fact, were it not for the other characters and unresolved mysteries, I don't think I would even consider possibly one day reading book 5. But I am, because the pace of the storytelling has improved significantly and I would like to know more about this "universe". Hopefully Tabitha truly has grown and doesn't devolve into the irritating idiot she can too often be.

Not a word nor thought misplaced in the ENTIRE series to this point. The characters are realistic through and through as it is Feb 2019 & The Iron City was slated to be out by year end 2017, I hope we won't have to wait too much longer. I did something I rarely do & that is purchase the series to date though it is an Unlimited Kindle book.I am SICK to death of authors changing the storyline by the third book. Forgetting the basics of their own characters, names, and heaven offend!!! even turning sex and spelling of a main character from one book to the next.NONE of that with this AMAZING author. She and her work shine like a star above the rubble. Thank you SO very much!

This series is a wonderful blend of present, past and future with "fantasy" and reality intertwined in a very fast paced exciting adventure. There isn't really much I can say without spoiling a story but I have really enjoyed reading the progress of the travels and the growth of the characters. I may be wrong but I feel there is a deeper story emerging and I look forward to finding out if I am right. I believe anyone who reads fantasy with the fae and humans will love this series.

The Wild Hunt brings us even more deftly developed characters, unexpected and delightfully deeper weavings of magic among our favorite heroines and heroes, and a more fully awakened world where fey and human must both change in a re-emerging shared world. Tabitha and everyone she knows blossom as magic teaches them wonderfully more about who they are and can become. I am ever more swept away into Helena Rookwood’s River Witch world! I can’t wait for The Iron Court to come next!

Real good. Just wish we didn't have to wait so long for the next book. I'm looking forward to reading more. The story was great, but needed to be a little more finished at the end. I needed to feel like there was a better healing for Lysander. He is suffering so much. I hope your book is fast coming out.

I would never recommend anyone to read this series!!!The author is either a 4 yr. old or someone who has the imagination of one. It doesn't go into detail or depth in the writing. Most of the characters roll their eyes & tilt their heads like dogs. As a author the book series lacked a lot of expression throughout .At the very end of Book 4 I finally thought it was coming to a head, we would know where all the main characters were going and how the book was ending.Instead it just stopped, " The End " in the middle of another journey that I had been on since the first book.Really , very disappointed...

I can't hardly wait for the next book. Tabitha and all the characters develop and come together in an effort to save their village. Also there is the mystery of the girl in the tunnels and how she fits into the story. This is an amazing book that kept me up late because it is so exciting and a clean read!

In this book of the series, you see better editing and the return to Tabitha's village. There along with her grandmother we find many who have witch powers. The fae have invaded the land and the people have to find a way to fight back. Enter the wild hunt and you have a wonderful story.
