Two things I've heard in my life about Enoch have inspired me to look to him as a role model for intimacy with God. The first is that God was so pleased with him that He chose to one day take and keep him in Heaven (without death), and the second was when a prominent minister testified he had seen Enoch and was impressed by how much joy he carries. Who wouldn't want that?! This book shows us one aspect of the "ministerial" side of Enoch. He clearly, and in an almost sober-minded manner, explains God's desire for us to KNOW Jesus and our Heavenly Father in the best way possible. Our lives as it relates to today's economical, political, and social existence, is no joking matter. We NEED Jesus, Father, and Holy Spirit, FULLY in our lives. To live without intimacy is, to me, to live without Him. You don't want that in this unsettled world we live in. Look to Jesus, the ONLY author and finisher of your faith. Only HE will truly bring you the peace that passes all understanding.
If I could I would rate this book a 10! Hearing all that Enoch had to say about his relationships with the Father and Jesus was out of this world! Read as Enoch tells about being caught up to Heaven and eventually God wanted him there so much that he just kept him there,never tasting death! The questions were tremendous as Enoch gives detailed explanations and answers to questions we all have wondered about.What is Heaven like? What do you do in Heaven? How can we have an intimate relationship with the Godhead like you do? These and many more questions will take you on a journey one could only hope to travel.As one of the two witnesses in the book of Revelation,hear what they will be doing on earth during the Tribulation.A MUST READ!!! The Bible refers to the Two Witnesses in the Book of Revelation 11. These authors assume, place their own interpretation on who these two witnesses are. This book is about their imaginings of Enoch speaking to them from Heaven and suggests Enoch and Elijah are the Two Witnesses in Revelation 11. God says they are Two Witnesses; He does not identify the two witnesses by name; these authors do. They speculate on what they do not know. The Bible states: "Two Witnesses". They are not named.
I am currently reading the Book of Enoch. This book was published at the same time and I already read and follow author Matthew Payne. God spoke to me directly in this book. I am seeking to hear God speak, and have been lamenting over how to answer nonbelievers questions about God.
Its finally answering how to love Jesus. How to be like Enoch to be taken up like him but to love Jesus like he did!

Sincerely questioning the validity of this book I found confirmation in my increased hunger for more of Father God and to know the whole God-head more intimately... I found my heart swelling with a deep sense of Agape Love, and appreciation for these insights and connecting tissues for the much-needed strengthening & comfort of the Body of Christ. It fades out freshly issues while amplifying eternal treasures in the heart... Something our adversary would not endorse! God's peace silenced my questioning mind while enlarging my redeemed heart. I thank God for His good gifts (James 1: 17).
